Re: DNS Forwarders
Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance
Hi,
I checked on the internet and found that there should be no ISP's DNS IP
address in ISA Server External NIC and the Internal DNS Server should be
configured with ISA DNS servers' ip addresses as forwarders.
ACK
When i removed ISP DNS Servers' ip address from the External NIC of ISA,
internet access stopped for my users.
you have to create a DNS forwrader on your Internal DNS Server/s that point
to your router at the edge or to a public DNS server.
You also have to create a rule taht allows DNS from your internal DNS Server
to the external DNS Server.
