Yahoo voice chat and isa client software

I am using win-server-2003 + ISA 2004 standard edition

I have more than 50 clients and except 2-3 all clients use isa client
software and receiving good internet services without any complaints.

But 2-3 clients if install isa client software, the isa client does not
connect to the isa server and their internet does not work. If I uninstall
the isa client software and enter the proxy address and port manually in
internet explorer, their internet services work well.

now problem is this; that if they dont install isa client, their yahoo
messenger does not connect with "no proxies" but it connects with "firewall
with no proxies" and their voice chat does not work.

Please guide me that either their isa client should connect or without isa
client their voice chat should work.
