Result code 0x80070008, Help please

Colleagues,

Could anybody help me with such an issue:

A client is trying to connect from a branch office to HQ by RDP protocol.
Sometimes ISA 2006 SP1 periodically at HQ and branch office drop packets
with the following result code 0x80070008 (NOT ENOUGH MEMORY)
