Ah! Yes,...the evil SBS strikes again,..sorry I didn't think of that.
Still don't need any Deny Rules,...just disable the ones you don't
want,...if you get bit in the rear end by a bad choice you can just
re-enable the rule.

This is what everyone says, but on SBS, ISA comes with a bunch of canned
rules which set up things to operate the way they expect we want them to
operate. So, when I looked, there were a whole bunch of rules with SMTP
server allowed. Rather than figure out what each of those rules did, I
put in a deny at the top of the list. I will have to admit that some of
those SMTP Server allow rules may have been set up when I was thrashing
around trying to get NNTP and NTP streams to flow. Unfortunately, I have
just enough knowledge to be dangerous!
