css crahed

Hello.
I have an array of 2 isa 2006 EE servers.
Another server was used for the Configuration Storage Server (CSS)
containing a bunch of rules.

But yesterday, the css server completely crashed.

Now when I start the isa management on an array member, it cannot find a
css,
and I can no more see/configure the array members.

Question : is it possible to regenerate another css from one of the 2 array
members, and if yes how can I do it ?

I have no previous backup of the configuration !
