Changing hostname & IP of ISA 2006 Ent.

I have a load-balanced ISA 2006 Ent. I am planning to replace my old ISA box
with this new load-balanced server.
The servers are up-&-running in workgroup and policies have been created and
tested successfully.

Now I am planning to:
1. Change the hostname to match the current ISA's name so I don't have to
worry about changing the DNS through our ISP.
2. Change the internal IP to move these two servers in there own vlan - to
keep the heartbeat traffic limited.
3. Change the external IP, again to avoid the hassle of changing the DNS
through our ISP.

Can I simply make these changes or do I have to worry about some extra ISA
related steps ?
Thanks in advance.
