Unable to download content from a vendor

We are using ISA 2004 as our firewall solution. We have a UNIX computer on
our network that runs a report daily that goes out to one of our vendors and
pulls down content. This content is in a cpio.Z format. This was working up
until we had a proxy issue. We worked with MS to get the proxy issue taken
care of. But now that the proxy issue is fixed, the content download does
not work anymore. The content report states a 500 error msg from our
firewall server. The server appears to be allowing the enrichment content
scripts to go out and retrieve the XML and text files for the display of
enrichment content, but the cpio.Z file does not look to be allowed. What's
puzzling is this was working before. Can anyone tell me what I need to look
at to fix this issue?
