Publishing Exchange SMTP, question

Hi all,
I have two servers:
10.0.1.1 - domain member, ISA 2006 (A)
10.0.1.2 - DC with Exchange 2007 - (B)
(A) has two NICs, second one is 62.168.x.1 (ISP's)
My DNS records are hosted o ISP' dns server.
What should I do with ISA to get my mails from External interface through ISA and to (B) server
Should I get minimum 2 public IP?
And what about MX for the second server?
Thank you in advance.
P.S. Please explain me that as simple as it can be. I'm new to ISA, but have Cisco here. On Cisco I can make two Static NAT if that will translate public IP to internal, then I can make one security policy to let SMTP flow from outside to my (B) server.
.
