Don't grant them access in the first place.
Everyone is already denied by default until you allow them.

You **really** need to read the documentation. These are very basic
tasks you have been asking about in your posts. You need to get more
familiar with the product,..we cannot be a replacement for reading the
documentation.
Even the built in Help in the product is fairly good.
There is also a lot of material on MS's Site and there are a lot of
tutorials on www.isaserver.org.
