Changing ISP w/ISA 2004 Ent and NLB

We are changing our ISP. Of course this means new external IP addresses. I
have two ISA 2004 Entriprise boxes setup with NLB. I have our companies
website, our OWA, and a VPN tunnel to a remote office.
First thing is do I need to do anything special to change external IP's
except for the obvious (change ip and dns on external nic cards, change
external virtual ip)?
Also, is there a way to run the 2 isp's in parallal? This way I can have 1
isa box running the old ISP, and the other isa box running the new isp. This
way until dns replicates and my mx and host records get updated email, web,
and owa request can still find my network.
Thanks,
.
