ISA 2004 and VLAN : Traffic is bloqued

hello,
we have an isa 2004 server configured and used with only one vlan. We
decided to implement a VLAN. We have a cisco equipement and we choose an cat
6500 to route the traffic between VLANs. After we do this, only the computers
in the same VLAN as the ISA server can connect to the internet and for all
the others it detect an "usurpation" of IP Address.

What can i do?
