Where can I find some articles with details how to set it up. I has seen many
on Internet that use comercial CA instead of MS enterprise CA in domain.
Thanks.

Hi,.
Is an enterprise CA server needed to be in the
Internal domain?
No
Or a standalone CA has to be installed on the web server in
the perimeter and then export a certificate and then import it into ISA
2006?
there are several ways to fulfill this scenario.
Finally the internal users will use Auto-enrollment and the external users
will get a certificate from the web enrollment site. Thanks.
For this scenario I would install a AD integrated Standard CA and I would
publish the Web Enrollment site and CDP/AIA points with ISA for servers in
the DMZ.
