Under ISA, right click on the server name, select properties and then the
Configuration Storage Tab. Check that the FQDN is set correctly. If it is,
then check at network issues such as name resolution issues getting to that
CSS. In addition, check at your intra-Array communications and if the server
has had any problems connecting to the Domain (DCs) to update computer
account. Also check the server properties > Intra-Array Credentials
configuration.

I have two ISA boxes where one server is showing synced and the other is
showing error, last updated 11/29/1999 "Server could not establish connection
with the CSS". I did some tests to see if rules would replicate across the
array and I see that it does but the error remains. I would like to know if
anyone experienced this before.
