It is also important to know:
Where the user is...
What they are specifically trying to connect to...
The is a big, big, big difference between a user behind ISA trying to
connect outbound -vs- a user on the outside trying to connect inbound.
There is a really big chance that I will not be able to help,...but getting
the correct information visible for all to see may let some one else who can
help see it.
