ISA 2004 Blocks all intranet traffic inside of LAN?

I just set up ISA 2004 yesterday for the web proxy and logging
facilities. The inside network is 10.0.0.0-10.0.0.255 according to
ISA.
After a while, the ISA server does not allow connections from anything
inside the network. Browsing to the server via unc path \\servername
yields empty results. Also, our SQL connection screetches to a hault
and then stops all togther.
The only fix I've found for this is removing the ISA server. Even
stopping all of the "Microsoft ISA" services (there's 4 or 5 of them)
does not seem to bring the server back into good standing.
All I did was install it and it ran the ICECW wizard, I gave it my DNS
entries and my gateway address and set up the other things I wanted
done. It seemed everything was working ok and then it all got shot to
heck.
Does the server require more setup even though all of the addresses
accessing it are on the 'inside' portion of the config?
The only thing that I can think of is that the machines get their DHCP
from our older SBS 4.5 server until I migrate the rest of the users
over. I'm not sure if this could be causing it or not. It would be
the same subnet and range of addresses.
Thanks!
