Informations required please

I am using windows server 2003 and ISA server 2004.

I have 128bps DSL connection.

Now I want to know some basic tips to manage my ISA server.

And other important thing i want to know is: How many users can use internet
satisfacorily on 128pbs DSL through ISA server

And how can I limitize the downloading speed for my users.

And please give me some link from where I could learn easily about ISA
server management.
