ISA 2006 rule https

Hi,
Created a oubound rule for only allowing http & https but i cannot
access sites like yahoo mail, gmail and many other mail sites which are
https enabled, Checked the log and it shows destination port 443 and
protocol SSL tunnel, default rule deny. Why traffice not going out as
https port is 443 which is open in the rule created and being blocked, How
can i resole this issue
