Hi,
I have checked the Lan settings , seems to be fine all the clients PC
are on the same internal LAN. I can access between host if i remove the
firewall clients or i define a rule for Internal to Internal | All protocols
| All users. I have already defined the internal IP address range in the
firewall clients, what else to lok in for.

Hi,
I know the default rule of ISA 2006 is denying everything, would it be
applicable for denying peer to peer machines on same network also.
Creating the internal to internal rule seems like loopback on the ISA
server itself.
if ISA is installed and configured correctly, it doesn't block traffic
between hosts in the Internal network. You should check your network
settings in the ISA MMC. All client PCs must be in the Internal network
range and you should also check the ISA Firewall client settings.
