I was told that if i want to allow internal access to server than i do
not
need to create access rules but just use system policy and specify only
protocols needed in system policy. But in system policy which part of it
can
let me do this ?

"limit certain protocols within internal"?
What does that mean specifically?

My answer is probably going to be,..."Leave System Policy alone and use
the regular Firewall Policy's Access Rules",...but I'd still like to
know
exactly what you are trying to do.
