Can I install ISA 2006 on Windows 2003 Web Edion or do I need Windows 2003
Standard?

Does ISA 2006 have....and if so is it standard or an optional product?
Virus Scanning of Web or other Traffic?
Spyware Scanning of Web or other Traffic?
Content Blocking (pornography, etc)?
Good Reporting so I can see what webite names people went during the
day?
Can I block certain websites by name (not just ip)?
User Authentication so I can control access via username not just IP?
Is user authentication automatic so my users don't have to log in
manually?
Bandwidth Throttling by service?
Decent and simple user VPN or am I better off getting 3rd party?
Good Site-to-Site VPN?

Currently I use a Watchguard X700 and I am having too many limitations and
issues that take support months to figure out. The issues are minor but
irritating and I have lost confidense in the product and am looking for an
alternative.

I am sure I will have other questions but I think this will get me started.
