Hi,
But what is the different on my previous firewall which i do not have this
issue. I using the public address of my owa. so the request should go out and
come in again, just like surfing other any sites. The problem here is if i
use web proxy then i cannot access owa internally but is working if i use
secureNAT.
What u think?

i have setup n cut-over isa 2006 from a fortigate firewall. This isa is
the
default gateway and also configure as web proxy. We host and publish our
own
external DNS, exchange 2003 in LAN and a citrix server in DMZ behind this
isa
2006. However, i cannot surf OWA and citrix site using the URL name
INternally but if i untick proxy setting in IE, i can go to these 2 sites.
Meaning i can surf these 2 sites using secureNAt but not configure as
proxy
in IE. But from home i can access OWA and citrix site without problem..
So
what is the different between the previous firewall and now ISA as proxy
server which i cannot access owa and citrix site internally?? What is the
solutions?
