HI,

I have a number of ACLs configured on the ISA server I have full access to
everywhere, and even have an additional rule for FTP access for other members
of staff - both rules have the FTP-readonly box unchecked when right clicking
on the rule.
I have authentication enabled for the Internal network (both Integrated and
Basic)

if you use authentication in your firewall rules for FTP you must use the ISA Firewall client on the client machines.
