Request for Advice for ISA 2006

First... Does anyone know of any reason why I shouldn't host a public
website and ISA 2006 on the same server?

Second... Are there any problems with installing Certificate Services on the
above mentioned server in order to offer SSL pages through the website?

Third... Is it necessary to enable listening for Firewall Clients if
internal machines only use WebProxy through IE6/7?
