ISA forwarding to bluecoat proxy

Dont ask why but my parent has a bluecoat proxy and their own domain.
They care about use having one of their domain controllers and all our PC's
and servers being in their domain.
They also care about us having all our internet traffic go through their
Bluecoat proxy.
I do want to loose visability of internet traffic plus I want to cache
stuff.
I am familiar with ISA 2000 and wonder if my current or maybe new version of
ISA could handle the web requests and forward them onto the bluecoat proxy
without any NAT. Ultimately I dont want them to suspect that I am doing
this. I want the packets arriving at their bluecoat proxy (all inside the
WAN) appearing no different than if I didnt have an ISA server. However I
would still be able to run reports and integrate websense into my ISA
server.
Many thanks for you advice
.
