Trying to setup alternate FTP server to share URL with RDP server in ISA Server Standard 2004

I am trying to create a rule that allows the FTP server to use the same
URL as another server on the netwrok but on a different port for
example

www.myurl.com:80 - send it to the web server @ 10.0.0.*
www.myurl.com:985-995 - send it to the ftp server at 10.0.0.*(an IP
different than the web server)

and of course the ftp server is configured to listen for traffic on the
range of ports I'm trying to specify in the ISA server rules.

I don't have another external IP to use so I'm trying to share and my
boss says it's possible to get ISA to handle the request differently if
the port it's coming in on is different.

Any help would be appreciated.
