Thanks Phillip, this worked fine.

If it is a real Java Applet,..then it requires the JRE to be installed on.
your machine. In the config of the JRE (Java icon in Control Panel) you
need to set it to not use a proxy. In older versions you simply go to the
Proxys Tab and tell it to not use the Browser's Settings,...in the newer
versions you have to go into the Networking section and set it to Direct
Connection.
Different terminology, but the same thing.
The ISA Client needs to be a Firewall Client if authentication is
required,...if anonymous connections are allowed then a SecureNAT Client
will be good enough. The JRE (and hence the Applet) will not work with the
Web Proxy Service,...or if it ever would, it would have to be via Basic
Authentication.

I have an ISA 2000 with SP1 running on Windows 2000 SP3 and have an issue

works
fine if I go out our DSL connection for testing. What would be the cause
of
the problem. Haven't found anything on TechNet yet. Thanks.
