Hi,

server from this pc only. i am setting it up as a single nic so that I can do
http proxy and then install surfcontrol for ISA server. what rule do I need
to put in for this pc to access the internet and serve as a proxy server?

clients should be Webproxy Clients for Web access and create a rule that allows HTTP access.
