restoring ISa server 2004 Sp2 on diferent computer

Hi Folks,

I am planning a contigency plan for my AD and ISA server. So I need to
restore all the VPN setting, firewalls policy , network rules on diferent
ISA Server, it will have diferent computer name and it will be located in
diferent network (Another site). Do you know know if I need just export the
settings and next import or Can I use the backup file from my original ISA
and restore it ?

Any advice or comment will be aprecitated
