If you create a new array its like starting from scratch because you will
have to re-create all the rules. Do this if you will be getting rid of the
ISA running on your old hardware and if you want to start from scratch..

If they are in the same array, you can use the existing array rules.

your array. During installation, choose to install both the CSS and the ISA
Services on the servers that you require to have the Config storage.

Once this is done, you can uninstall ISA on the servers that you want to
