With ISA you cannot controll outgoing traffics IP Address. Outgoing traffics
will always be from the first IP Address in the external interface.

I am trying to figure out where I define what IP address SMTP traffic is
"sent" from.
In other words I want all email from my exchange server to be sent from 1
public IP address, and I cannot for the life of me figure out where to
configure this option.
