W2k3 SP1 and no ping

I am running W2k3 with ISA2000 patched with the latest and greatest. As soon
as I applied SP1 to the OS I lost the ability to get ping responses from the
server. I have verified the default icmp and udp filters are not blocked. I
tried every patch I can locate for ISA. the server works great except for
this. As long as I do not apply SP1 the server is pingable. I understand it
is something MS did with securing the protocols, but have tried for a few
months and can not get server to ping. Anybody else had the problem? Any
suggestions appreciated my Netcon group is screaming about not being able to
status server..
