Recently i have installed ISA Server a Windows 2000 Server, which is
connected to network.

After installation i found that all traffics from ISA Server to and out was
blocked by default access rule, so i created the following access rules under
firewall policy.

Priority : 1
Name : Restricted Internet Access
Action: Deny
Protocol: All outbound Traffic
From: Internal
To: External Except: Allowed Domains
Rules Applies: Restricted Users

Priority: 2
Name: External-Internal
Action: Allow
Protocol: DNS,FTP,HTTP, HTTPS, NNTPS, POP3, SMTP, Telnet
From: External
To: Internal, LocalHost
Rule Applies: All Users

Priority: 3
Name: Internal-External
Action: Allow
Protocol: All Outbound Traffic
From: Internal, Localhost
To: External
Rule Applies: All Users

Priority: 4
Name: Global
Action: Allow
Protocol: All Outbound Traffic
From: Internal, Localhost
To: Internal, Localhost
Rule Applies: All Users

## Default Rule ##

Priority: Last
Name: Default Rule
Action: Deny
Protocol: All Traffic
>From : All Networks (and Localhost)
To: All Networks (and LocalHost)
Rule Applies: All Users

To the above, i have enabled caching on ISA Server and not applied any
network template.
