Time out error 10060

I have ISA 2004 with SP1 on windows 2003 with SP1, connected to my ADSL line.
ISA has two NIC one connected to LAN other to ADSL line. Most of the time I
am getting time error code 10060. perticularly the site which has
authentication (userename and password),
