How to configure ISA 2004 as a proxy server

Hi,
1. Can I use ISA 2004 as a proxy server for my internal network clients
routing out to internet.
2. Where can I find How To articles for configuring ISA 2004 as a proxy
server.
3. Does it also require clients to have ISA Firewall client installed to
work properly.

Would appreciate answers to my queries.
