browser to reload the site.
You could create a Cache rule that exclude the site (or a part of the site)
from being cached.
Or just delete the cache file on the ISA Server. please see
http://www.isatools.org/ and find the clrcache.cmd file.
Or use the No-Proxy tag on the web files you dont want to cache.
