Restoring ISA Standard configuration from one server to another

I am currently building a Disaster Recovery image for an ISA 2000 server, but
the hardware is different. Hence I can't do a system state restore, I have to
install ISA again.
Is there an easy way to replicate the array configuration?
I've tried copying the registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\FPC across, and
modifying the GUIDs and the services wouldn't start.
Tried copying the registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\FPC across again, but
just modifying the Array name values under
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\FPC\Arrays\{GUID} as well as the server name values
under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\FPC\Arrays\{GUID}\Servers\{GUID} but with no
success.
I also tried backing up the live configuration to a .bif file and restoring
the the DR server but that failed too.
The two machines won't continue to run in parallel (its a recovery image),
but I need to install and test them in parallel.
Manual configuration will be a long and painful process.
Any ideas on how it can be done easily?
Cheers
Anthony
