Proxy

I am running a ISA server as proxy server. Every time I update my internal
web site. The changes are not shown on the web site if I try to access the
web site through the proxy server. Seems like proxy server have cached the
old copy of the web site and sending it to the browser. If I go to the web
server server directly becuase its on my internal lan it can see the changes
on the web site. please help me with this..

i would like to know that how my proxy server can refresh the pages faster.
