I've found out that these are all problems relating to user authentication.
You need root level access to perform these tasks. My problems are all
relating to 550 errors, aka. user nobody.
Anyone out there know why ISA2k4 would be blocking this when FTP access has
been granted, and why the ISA log does not show any connections being
denied?
