Windows Update fails to successfully install updates after ISA Ser

We recently set up a Windows Small Business Server with ISA Server as the
firewall. Everything works as expected, however, whenever a client tries to
run Windows Update, the updates download then fail to install. If we download
the updates manually, they install fine.

We think it has something to do with a port or service that ISA is blocking
that we didn't block before using ISA server.

Is there anywhere we can get a list of what ports/protocols the Windows
Update service requires to install updates?
