Please look on the Monitoring --> Alerts for more information on the
failure. In most cases this failure is caused by some misconfiguration that
the firewall service doesn't accept.
If you want to start over from scratch (although it's much better idea to
understand the problem), you can export the configuration, uninstall the
product and install it again. Then you can import your last configuration.
