I am not sure what this specific website is going to do, because you
initiate a connection and the inbound traffic should come back over this
connection. Sure, u can build a rule which will allow this traffic, but I
would never implement a rule like this. Can result in a real desaster!
Probably contact the owner of this site and ask what u need to use their
services.
