i need help!!!! isa configuration

been bashing my head against a brick wall with this today - need to get it
up and running but ive no idea whats wrong - ive read tutorials and stuff
all day till im bleeding from the eyes - its probably something really
stupid and simple too.

basically

adsl
 |
cisco router (10.10.10.1)
|
isa server ((10.10.10.14 nic1) - (192.168.0.254 nic2))
|
Domain (3 servers (Exchange,SQL,Authentication server) on range 192.168.0.
DNS and DHCP are setup correctly on the authentication server

i just cant get the blimmin thing to work at all - i get an error page on
the machines trying to use the
proxy so i know my settings seem to be correct - its just basically not
going outside at all and ive no idea why, please help before i lose my hair.
ive followed all the tutorials given with the software to the letter several
times - added HTTP etc to the firewall
all im wanting is basic instructions to get me going (needs to be running by
monday ! :O)
