Nope, all the clients are pointed to the IP ie:172.16.0.2 port 8080 and they
can all connect to the internet fine.

 How is ISA installed - Firewall mode, Cache Mode or Integrated ?

Erm, pass I dont know! I paid a company to set it up! Rang them they said
ask you guys!

Did ISA come preinstalled with a new server or did you install ISA yourself ?

Not they installed it here on site but I wasnt in when they did it.

Have you made any changes to the default configuration of ISA ?

Dont think so, I havent touched it, I only found out FTP didnt work when a
teacher approached me. I have added the FTP out and FTP in protocols like
mentions some where on the internet but to no avail. Also tried disabling the
FTP filter then re enabling it, also to no avail! Its just the clients i can
use FTP on the proxy its weird! I hate computers! did the wrong degree i
think!
