I have just tried to email Jim but the email bounced for some reason.

This was the email: (for some reason I cannot post a new subject i get an
error message, apologise to Stuart for posting in your post)

Dear Sir,
I obtained your email from the Microsoft Online support forum for ISA. My
name is Catherine Boyd and I am an ICT Network Manager at a secondary school
in England. We have had Microsoft’s ISA since December 2003. We recently had
a complete new network installed and moved to MS Server 2003 on the main
server, the second the Proxy also running 2003 and the ISA 2000.
The school web site needs to be FTP’d to the local county council space
however this is not possible unless you do it from the proxy itself. I need
to enable FTP for a member of staff or every one so that the web site can be
updated. At the moment an error is returned saying it cannot find the www
address that it needs to connect too. I have been browsing the support forum
all morning trying the various suggestions however it will still not work. On
the Access policy > Protocol Rules the internet one here allows FTP, FTP
Server, FTP download. But it still does not work on any other machine.
I tried the site and content rule and the “allow” is set to allow all. I am
at a loss as to what to do next. Any assistance you can offer would be most
appreciated.

Best Wishes

Miss Catherine Boyd
