isa2k6 about

I have used isa2006 enterprise However everything is good,Nowadays I have
experienced a few problems....
For example I have checked monitoring on isa2k6 and I have saw a suspect
rule,Isa enterprise rule block a few protocols,actually I dont set for this.
What should I?
