If your objective of installing the firewall client is just to get the proxy configured automatically, be advised that there are other ways to do it.
For example, if you are using DHCP, you can set a WPAD DHCP scope option to the IP address of ISA Server.

When I do the ISA Client install in Control Panel of our Terminal Services
box,
the browser settings are not configured. After the client install, I open
the FCM window, select the browser tab, click "configure now", then when I
open IE6, the LAN settings in Options/Connections do not get configured.
I don't want to have to configure 60+ users' IE settings.
Any ideas, anyone?
