Many to one for just one url

I would like to do something a little unusual, I would like for many
users to connect to my server from the Internet and it serve up another
site, but the second site is not local.
Explanation: I want many users to hit http://mysiteA.com and get the
results from http://mysiteB.com which is not local. All my
users/clients need to appear from one IP the, "mysiteA.com", to the
other server mysiteB.com. In short, on want it to work much like an
Anonymizer, but for just one web site and for just one URL. Anyone know
if that's possible.
