caching server problem..



Situation is... u are using cablenet where caching server is
installed..the problem is obvious.. every time u visit a site, the same

old pages are retrieved from the proxy (except for yahoo, hotmail n few

other sites)..the admin doesnt disable cashing of other sites, even on
ur request, nor does he remove the old pages from memory.. wht can u do

to bypass those pages cached in the proxy server n retrieve them from
the actuall server of that website..is ther any way out??? :(
