Second server can't go to internet, error ISA rechazó la URL

Hi, I installed a SBS2003 (SRV00) with all roles, in this server i installed
ISA bundled in the same SBS2003
all PC's cant browse internet pages,
I installed a Server 2003 without roles (SRV02), i joint this server to
domain named "inacomp", i can with the administrator of this server get
folder of the SRV00, I ran http://srv00/connectcomputer to join domain, but
I can browse any external site, i can display only http://CompanyWeb,
SRV02 get ip automatic from SRV00, and is in the same range all pc's., SRV02
is displayed in the servers administrator utility (servers options) and the
other PC's are displayed in the clients computers options.

What can i do please!
