Quick Question: Can you create exception list of applications that by pass firewall client? (y/n)

Hi,

Can you please give me a pointer on this:

SCENARIO
=========
We are running:
windows 2003 domain (R2) and servers
isa 2004 servers (all patched)
xp clients with firewall clients

We need all clients like mozilla and IE and any other conceivable
application using port 80 to be forced to out proxy:8080 server.

PROBLEM
========
However, when the user uses 'telnet.exe' and 'burpproxy.exe', they will want
to connect to port 80 as well; but we need to get the clients to connect to
it 'directly' thus avoiding the proxy.
How can this be done?

Thanks in advance
Redstain
